Sanad Home Inspection ("we," "us," or "our") operates sanadhomeinspection.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site or submit an inspection request, how we use it, and which third-party services process it on our behalf. We collect the minimum information needed to respond to inspection requests and to understand how visitors use the Site — we do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Information We Collect
When you submit the inspection request form, we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, email address, property address, property type and details, preferred inspection date, and any notes you add about the property. This information is sent directly to Sanad to respond to your request — it is not used for any other purpose.
When you browse the Site, Google Analytics automatically collects standard usage data: pages viewed, approximate location (city/region level), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the Site. This is anonymized, aggregated traffic data — it is not tied to your name or contact details unless you separately submit the contact form.
Third-Party Services
We use two third-party services to run this Site. Neither is permitted to sell your information, and neither receives more data than described below.

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser (typically named _ga and _ga_*) to distinguish visitors and measure return visits. These cookies do not identify you personally. You can block or delete these cookies at any time through your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics tracking entirely using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. The Site does not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or any cookies beyond what Google Analytics sets.
Data Retention & Security
Inspection request submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your request and complete any inspection you book. We do not maintain a marketing database or send unsolicited email. Google Analytics data is retained per Google's standard retention settings. We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Children's Privacy
This Site is intended for adults seeking property inspection services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
